As a business owner, if we are able to answer than question, then we need to make sure our small stories, the things we do within our business is intentional and supports the larger story.
If we want to become the First Choice Business our customers can call upon, we cannot ignore customer calls for 24 hours. We must call them as soon as we can. We must listen to them, and go above and beyond what they expect.
